Meditation is a death of self.
It is just saying yes to what is.
No time needed,
and time needed until you realize you don't need time.
"I will be better tomorrow."
It is a resistance to what is.
The dream might numbs you.
But a reality is that you are feeling some pain here and now.
Each moment,
breathe in whatever you feel, see, touch, hear...
And see how your body passes those things.
Yes real you is just relaxing and watching what is happening in the small you.
