くつろぐこと

くつろぐことは簡単そうであって、意外と難しいことだったりします。

まっさーじのとき、レシーバーはただマッサージベッドの上で横たわっているだけなのですが、 それが難しかったりします。

ベッドの上で何もしないで、ただただ、まっさーじを受け取っていく・・・

これは勇気のいることです。

そして、それを許していったとき、そこにくつろぎが待っています。

いえ、元からあるくつろぎが、客体の”非くつろぎ”を眺めるようになるのです。

Sometimes it's difficult to just relax.
When receiving massage, receivers find it uncomfortable just laying on the massage table, doing nothing but just receiving massage...
But when you allow the uncomfortableness to be there, a true relaxation can appear.
In other words, the relaxation starts observing the uncomfortableness.
